Popeye the Sailorman

I decided to take Popeye and sculpt him as if he were a seaman on Cpt. Ahab's Pequod. And of course, I had to give him a more gravelly, harsh persona. 🤣

Imagine Popeye if he had knifed a few men and was in the process of pickling his liver with rum - since water might be contaminated and rum/beer was actually safer to drink. Of course, you were likely to develop cirrhosis of the liver so seaman were screwed either way.
