This work examines a future shaped by intelligence that no longer waits for approval. A metallic figure replaces the classical human form, kneeling in hesitation between agency and obedience while pointing toward an unseen outcome. This substitution suggests progress, but not improvement. Light and symmetry imply order, yet offer no comfort—what glows may also observe. Created using ZBrush and Clip Studio Paint, the piece questions whether our movement toward tomorrow is chosen, or quietly enforced. Inspired by a painting by Boris Vallejo.
