Bane Bust – ZBrush Sculpt
Had a lot of fun working on this stylized Bane bust! I wanted to push the proportions pretty hard—going for that exaggerated, almost monstrous upper-body mass to really sell his Venom-enhanced strength. The arms and shoulders are intentionally oversized, with some subtle vein detailing to give that sense of pressure building under the skin.
For the mask, I kept the classic black-and-white contrast but leaned into a sharper, more aggressive shape, especially around the eyes to give it a more intimidating presence. The red eye accents help add a bit of that menacing energy without overcomplicating the design.
The tank top is kept simple to balance out all the heavy anatomy work, and I added spiked gloves for a bit of extra attitude. Overall, this piece was more about exploring form and silhouette while keeping the character instantly recognizable.
